I recently visited this restaurant with a friend, drawn by its reputation as one of the best in Mexico City, and it certainly lived up to the hype. The atmosphere is stunning, with elegant Japanese-inspired decor that sets a tranquil, immersive tone. The food was exceptional, and I thoroughly enjoyed every dish—except for one, as I’m not particularly fond of seafood. That said, the overall quality of the meal was fantastic. The service was flawless—attentive, knowledgeable, and prompt, making for a seamless dining experience. My only critique is the duration; the entire meal stretched to about two and a half hours, which felt a bit lengthy and occasionally slowed down the pace. While the experience was wonderful overall, I would recommend this restaurant to those specifically seeking a long, leisurely dining experience, as it's not for everyone

It was truly a wonderful experience from beginning to end. From the onset, we were greeted and seated with a smile. A wonderful quiet table a party of 8 could be heard and have a great conversation without having to shout. The food quality and characteristics were perfect. Many Michelin restaurants try to over do the "art" of the food and forget about the flavour, they forget about letting the food speak for itself. Not here! The food and quality were heard loud and clear, and every dish was excellent. Seasoned well and cooked ( if it was cooked, lots of raw) to perfection. I would recommend this beautiful restaurant anytime. For me, the mole was incredible. The lamb was the best I've ever had. The avocado and hearts of palm, was the absolute highlight.

Excellent experience. We enjoyed every dish on the Omakase bar menu, as well as dessert and drinks in the beautiful garden. We've hit several places on the 50 Best list and found Pujol to be well deserving of its reputation and rating.

We truly enjoyed out experience at Pujol.. even more so than another Michelin star restaurant (with an oddly higher ranking?) in Polanco. One feels as if you are sharing Chef Enrique Olvera's memories of Mexican cuisine.. heightened with cutting edge skill and technique to enhance the combination of flavors, colors and textures. The wine pairing was excellent and an opportunity to experience some top Mexican wines. The service was superb and the setting itself was beautiful. I will say that the tortillas I had was simply ethereal. It felt like your abuela had just popped these off the comal and onto your plate.
