Thilamalé Bridge, also known as the Sinamalé Bridge, is a landmark infrastructure project that links Malé with Hulhulé Island (site of Velana International Airport) and the reclaimed island of Hulhumalé. Driving or walking across the bridge provides stunning panoramic views of the turquoise Indian Ocean, with boats and dhows dotting the water. The bridge has significantly eased transportation between the islands and become a popular spot for photography, especially at sunset.
