Burana Tower is all that remains of the medieval Silk Road city of Balasagun. Visitors can climb the 24-meter minaret for panoramic views of the Chüy Valley and the Kyrgyz Ala-Too range. The site also features a museum housing artifacts from the region, and an outdoor collection of ancient petroglyphs and balbals (stone warrior figures), offering a tangible link to the area's nomadic and Silk Road heritage.
