Authentic Italian food. Good food. The issue is the pricing. I wish.....it was a little pocket friendly. I really like this place. We had to meet the architect and this was the closest to the architects office. I had Cannelloni with Spinach, cake and Coffee. Cannelloni with spinach and cheese in tomato sauce was really tasty. Portion slightly small though. But trying to lose weight. The cake was just soft and just right! Beautiful ambience, quite full for a weekday, and most people seemed to be enjoying the food and ambience. Fine dining...bit on the higher side.
La Salumeria offers a pleasant Italian dining experience with a good selection of classic dishes. The food is decent, with well-prepared pasta and fresh ingredients that capture the essence of traditional Italian cuisine. The service is friendly, and the atmosphere is cozy, making it a nice spot for a casual or semi-formal meal. However, while the food is reasonably priced, the wine selection, though excellent in quality, is notably expensive. The high cost of the wine diminishes the overall enjoyment of the meal, especially for those who like to pair a glass or two with their food. A more balanced price for wine would certainly enhance the experience. In summary, La Salumeria is a good choice for a solid Italian meal, but wine lovers may find the prices a bit steep.
Very very good food and excellent service! Loved the Penne Putanesca. The vine was superb. Pavlova - a dream. After two grappa and an espresso. We all left with happy smilet. Thank you
My very valid complaint about my order was horribly handled with very little patience or professionalism from the Owner. He clearly didn't care for the money I was spending in his restaurant.
