Absolutely delicious- very flavourful, complex and interesting takes on Japanese/ Italian fusion. Even the simplest dish has layers of flavours that are delightful. The service was fantastic as well from start to finish with true Japanese attention to detail. We celebrated a special date here and we felt so special. Not to mention, the quality and care of our dietary restriction was so thoughtfully managed. No dish was lacking!
I had a fantastic dining experience today. The food was exquisitely presented, flavors exploded on my tastebuds. The tube pasta with a sauce made from seven types of Japanese tomatoes was excellent; however, the pasta itself was a little too al dente for me. The dessert was slightly disappointing, but the staff went the extra mile by creating a raspberry jelly on a waffle disk as my birthday cake. I appreciated the overall attentiveness of the staff. A big thumbs up!
The reservation was wrong and they don't heart us. Shame on you , ils not professional above all for the new year' eve....
We had dinner at this beautiful restaurant in the heart of Florence for our wedding anniversary. Food and Service was perfect. We loved every detail of this restaurant and will surely come back. We were greeted in the end with a surprise cake with fireworks as the staff knew it was our wedding anniversary. Had a nice chat also with chef Karime.
