The sushi itself is phenomenal—each piece literally melts in your mouth, delivering an unmatched freshness and crisp taste that I have yet to find back in the States. It's an exquisite journey for your taste buds, and every bite is a testament to the skill and precision of the chefs. Incredible omakase (course menu selected by the chef) experience with probably the best sushi I had to this date. Expensive, and even the water is charged which is not so common in Tokyo, but it's worth it if you are looking for the best quality. As a side note: the touch of wasabi added by the chef is really light, which is great news for those that find it too strong in other sushi restaurants.
Making reservation at a Michelin star sushi in Tokyo is not the easiest but definitely worth the effort. Michelin star omasake menu. Amazing night of impeccable service and fine sushi and sashimi done by master chef with his capable assistants. A must revisit. Arigato!!! We will never forget the experience. The sushi was fresh. Chef is very attentive and accommodative. The had a great experience there. The course was well thought of and there were a few bites that we had to ask for a second as it was so good.
