Mount Bizan is a 290-meter peak that provides sweeping vistas of Tokushima city, the Yoshino River delta, and the Kii Channel. The summit is easily reached via the Bizan Ropeway, a cable car that ascends through forested slopes. At the top, visitors can enjoy observation decks, walking paths, and a small shrine. The view is especially beautiful at sunset or during the Awa Odori festival when the city lights twinkle below.
