Ichinomiya Shrine, historically the highest-ranking shrine in Awa Province, honors Ōkuninushi, a deity closely associated with agriculture and nation-building. Visitors enter through a weathered torii gate and walk along a gravel path flanked by ancient cedars. The main hall, built in a traditional style, exudes quiet reverence. Worshippers often pray for bountiful harvests and good fortune.
