For people who love food, you'll never give a perfect score to any dish because perfection in food doesn't exist. We can call the common man's sushi an 80, and more established restaurants a 90. But if you're looking for anything beyond that 90th percentile, you're going to have to pay through your nose for it. This is as good as it gets to perfection. Tatsuya offers excellent service. Their dishes are of a quality you can't imagine. The dishes served extrude the chefs' pride in their work.
Exceptional service and culinary experience at this omakase! The servers and chef went above and beyond to accommodate my wife's medical requirement for well-cooked food, ensuring she felt included and cared for throughout the meal. They took the time to explain each dish and confirmed the cooking method for her peace of mind. Meanwhile, my friends and I indulged in the aburi and sashimi courses. The aburi was uniquely flavourful, unlike any other omakase experience I've had! The sashimi was incredibly fresh. The only neutral note was the ice cream, which was decent but not remarkable. The traditional Japanese ambiance, complete with servers in kimonos, added to the authentic experience. Overall, impressive service, creative and delicious food, and a memorable atmosphere. Highly recommend for a special occasion or sushi lovers!
Excellent preparation and sashimi and sushi treats. Divine experience with superb chefs! One of the best Japanese food I’ve ever had. Wonderful preparation, the chef is like dancing as he prepares the dishes! His energy you can feel in the delicacies he makes for you.
few days in SG, this restaurant is the place to be if you’re looking for sushi and sashimi. probably the best in SG. the cook is here just for you, preparing what you order. really fast. expensive but it’s the price for this level of quality.
