Dining at La Cime was truly a meal to remember. The food was exceptional, offering a variety of new and interesting dishes, each one beautifully presented and packed with umami flavor. Every plate was a work of art, showcasing the chef's creativity and mastery. The restaurant itself is intimate, creating the perfect setting for a special meal. We enjoyed pairing our dishes with Japanese wine, which added an extra layer of uniqueness to the experience. The only downside was a slight language barrier that made it difficult to fully understand the details of what we were eating. However, that didn’t take away from the overall excellence of the meal. It was a memorable dining experience, and we’d gladly return.
Beautiful atmosphere and delicate cuisine by Chef Yusuke takada!!! Combine japonese product with a light french touch !!! All dishes was overstanding and really deserve the 3 stars Michelin!!!! Congratulations to all the team!!
The service is absolutely terrible. We had a mistake happen with the booking system, so they booked is on a day that we were not even in Japan, and they would not accept a rebooking, they just took our money before even coming to the restaurant. I have never in my life experience a restaurant with so poor service, let alone a Michelin star restaurant with so poor service. It has been an absolutely terrible experience, and I would NOT recommend anyone to book there, ever!!
Their blackened hot dog with edible bamboo charcoal is really a work of art. I enjoyed my dinner here and the service was top-notch.
