If you like eel in any preparation, go get it done perfectly in every preparation. Wonderful staff and a nice, hidden location dating back to at least mid 20th-century. The pictures on the walls are from 1950.
Food was great but what really stood out was the service, top notch. Next time I’m in Osaka, I’ll be back.
This uncomplicated specialist eel restaurant, situated at the end of a small alleyway, offers a good selection of tasty eel dishes. The staff don't speak much English but the menu is understandable with the aid of photographs and the staff's efforts. So far, still off the tourist Trip Advisor trail. Well worth a visit for a pretty authentic Japanese food experience.
I order only one set 9200 yen (included vat). Poor service , eel was too many bones , serving was very slow. I don't appreciate.
