A great experience with this restaurant, great service, and great chefs, was a special dinner.
2024/01/24 Dinner I never thought that skewers could be so delicious. The original flavors of the ingredients are brought out very well. After eating it, I feel very happy.
My family and I had an amazing 6-course dinner which left us talking about it for days. The chef, Satoshi, was very entertaining with his stories. We were the first from Melbourne to have tried his delicious foods and earned a pin on his map. Our course consists of 1. Steam egg, 2. Bento box of sashimi, oyster, prawn, pumpkin, sushi, 3.Tempura, 4. Hida beef with mushroom broth (sukiyaki), 5. Hida beef steak with organic salads and finish with 6. Baked cheese cake. The flavours in every dish were unique and flavoursome and the best ever tasted.
Amazing experience with owner-organic producer-chef Satoshi! Tiny little restaurant where you feel at home, as if you were a special guest. Omakase style restaurant: a sequence of 6 loincredible courses, with carefully and passionately balanced seasonal ingredients, introduced and presented with grace by the chef. Fish pudding, sushi and sashimi, Hida beef, Sukiyaki, incredible vegetables, tempura. We were lucky enough that his daughter was helping Satoshi that night, delighting us with a wonderful strawberry dessert. The price is absolutely reasonable for such a high quality meal and experience, although way too much food for one dinner. Beyond any expectations;)
