Honestly one the best Soba places I had. My friend recommended the place and we had to get there early. The price for such a popular place was also surprising with most items under $15. Service was great and attentive. The soba had a nice bouncy texture and the sauce wasn’t overly salty. I really enjoyed the tempura and daikon that paired really well. It’s a nice meal for a hot day.

Superb food, as superb as the concret & wood décor and the (jazz) music. Simple and refined. Don't miss the duck soup and the egg broth soup.

Yes most probably the best noodle restaurant during my 3 weeks long holidays in Japan 🇯🇵 It’s all authentic and they make their own noodles with some special wheat which is roasted and grind at the spot. One can watch the whole process through the window near the entrence. I and my friends did not try only noodles but several different dishes on the menu. The first place in Japan where I could touch and grate my own fresh wasabi to season my dishes. Great ambiance, very kind and effective staff. Each dish tasted heavenly. Book your table if you want to visit this culinary gem in Osaka. My score is five stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ out of 5 :)
