The Enoshima Sea Candle is a modern lighthouse and observation tower located within the Samuel Cocking Garden on Enoshima. Standing 59.8 meters tall, its sleek, spiral design contrasts with the island's traditional shrines. Visitors take an elevator to the top for sweeping 360-degree views of Sagami Bay, Mount Fuji on clear days, and the Kamakura coastline. The tower is especially popular at sunset when the sky and sea glow with color. Its name derives from its candle-like shape, and it serves as a beacon for the area.

Don't miss
