Palazzo del Giardino is a former ducal palace located in the heart of the Parco Ducale, Parma's largest and most beloved public park. The palace itself, built in the 16th century for the Farnese family, is an elegant example of Renaissance architecture. Today, it houses the Carabinieri command and is not open to the public, but its exterior and the surrounding park are the main draws.
