The Curragh Racecourse is the heart of Irish flat racing, located on the edge of the Curragh plain in County Kildare. It hosts five of Ireland's eight classic races, including the prestigious Irish Derby every June. The modern grandstand offers excellent views of the track, and the on-site facilities include bars, restaurants, and betting shops. Race days are lively events with a festive atmosphere, attracting both serious racing fans and casual visitors.
