Thiruvananthapuram Zoo, established in 1857, is one of the oldest zoos in India. It is nestled within the sprawling 55-acre Napier Museum complex, which also includes botanical gardens and a natural history museum. The zoo houses a rich collection of mammals, birds, and reptiles, including tigers, lions, elephants, and rare species like the Nilgiri tahr.
