I visited this restaurant with my wife for lunch, despite my reservations due to a previous unpleasant experience at the same chain in Hyderabad. Yielding to my wife's insistence, we decided to give it another try and ordered one chicken and one mutton burger, having heard positive reviews about their burgers. Unfortunately, the service was disappointingly slow, even with only two other occupied tables. It was unclear where the staff was preoccupied. The food, however, was the real letdown. Neither the chicken nor the mutton burger lived up to expectations. Both lacked flavor and were bland. It's evident that they need to significantly improve their burger recipes and preparation. Overall, it was a disappointing dining experience.
They accept table booking via zomato for 10:30pm. But then the staff will call repeatedly saying kitchen closes at 11pm. Once in the restaurant, they will push you to order as early as possible. Some of the food was good while some was very bad. Nothing worth recommending.
Was very excited to visit but the experience is not for family. The music levels are deafening literally. Not just high to get people dancing. We have been to multiple hard rock cafés in US while we used to be there and it is not at all like this. There is no place even outside on patio where the sound levels are bearable. Impossible to talk to anyone on the table. You have to yell in the next persons ear.
Had a wonderful time at @ hard rock cafe the food was amazing the ambience was totally amazing they have the music playing at the cafe and the iced tea (peach flavour) was totally amazing thnx to the hard rock cafe team for giving the best service I would recommend my frnds over here hope to see you again 😋
