Kartavya Path, formerly known as Rajpath, is the grand avenue that runs from the Rashtrapati Bhavan (Presidential Palace) to India Gate in New Delhi. Renamed in 2022 to mean 'Path of Duty', it is the centerpiece of the Central Vista, India's administrative heart. The boulevard is flanked by lush green lawns, fountains, and iconic buildings like the Parliament House and North and South Blocks. It is the venue for the annual Republic Day parade on January 26. Visitors can walk along the path, relax on the grass, and admire the architecture. At night, the avenue is illuminated, creating a majestic atmosphere. It's a must-visit for understanding India's capital.
