We followed google map and found this restaurant. And it was truly AMAZING!!! I would say it was one of the best seafood restaurant in my life. Butter garlic crab 🦀 was the main event for our dinner. Indian egg fried rice was tasty. MUST VISIT whenever you are in Mumbai.
Horrible dining experience at this poor service restaurant! Among the food we ordered, we had this crab dish. The dish came incomplete, with 2 claws and 3 legs. Shouldn’t it be 4 legs?? We highlighted to them nicely but we got a rude shock on their response. They immediately got defensive! The whole gang of staff and even the boss started to turn the table and accused us of eating it and lying to them that the dish was not complete. Now we, as customers, got the blame and the incomplete dish served became our fault! Outrageous and shameful for a restaurant operator!
Location is excellent & service too. Menu is good. All items ordered & served were tasty. Zero complaint. One must visit.
I visited Trishna and ordered a whole crab dish, but it arrived incomplete (see attached picture). Despite bringing this to the staff's attention, the manager and owner were unhelpful and rude. They even accused us of lying and trying to stir trouble. We spent ₹5600 for two pax on our meal, but the humiliating treatment made it unbearable. A real shame for a supposedly reputable name. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant based on our experience.
