The Kamakshi Amman Temple is one of the most revered Shakti shrines in India, located in the temple city of Kanchipuram. Dedicated to the goddess Kamakshi, a form of Parvati, the temple features a stunning gold-plated vimana (tower) over the sanctum. Devotees come to seek blessings for marriage and prosperity.
