We recently had the pleasure of staying at Le Meridien and I cannot speak highly enough about the exceptional customer service we experienced. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. Throughout our stay, every staff member we encountered was friendly, attentive, and genuinely eager to assist with any request. They addressed small details to make our stay more enjoyable, they consistently exceeded my expectations. One standout moment was when they promptly addressed one of our concerns with professionalism - it was truly impressive. Duty Manager (Ram something - name totally slipped my mind) is exceptional!! It’s clear that this hotel prioritizes guest experience, and it made our stay that much more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking not only a great place to stay but also a customer service experience that makes one feel valued and cared for.

We had a disappointing experience staying at this hotel. We had booked for four nights, but on the first night, the AC in our room was not functioning properly, leading to an extremely uncomfortable stay. After a terrible night, we decided to check out the following day. I called the front desk at 10 a.m. to inform them that we would be checking out that day. I also mentioned that we would leave our bags at the front desk by 2 p.m. and collect them later between 5-6 p.m. My wife called again at 2 p.m. to confirm this arrangement. When I collected the bags at 5 p.m., I received an invoice for 1 night stay but my credit card was later charged for 2 nights. This was very surprising, as no one had mentioned this additional charge during any of my conversations with the front desk, including when I called to notify them of our early checkout and when I stopped by the desk later. Each time I inquired about the charge, I was given a different explanation. One staff member cited a policy, while another claimed the team wasn’t aware we were checking out early, suggesting that leaving our bags at the front desk meant we checked out late. However, if our bags were placed at the front desk, it should have been clear we were no longer occupying the room. The hotel insists that early checkout must be communicated in advance, but how could we have predicted the AC issue before our stay? While they offered us another room, we declined due to our poor experience the previous night and decided to change hotels. I would not recommend staying at this hotel. They seem more focused on enforcing rigid policies than accommodating guests during unforeseen situations. Be cautious, as they may charge you unfairly under the guise of “policy.”

Authentic and reasonably priced biryani…… very very crowded. Enjoyed the food ….. serving is very large so have a good appetite or get set for take away
