Visited Subbayya Gari hotel in Kakinada yesterday. Too much hype. They serve a lot of varieties which is overwhelming but only a few dishes are really edible. For example, they served four varieties of rice. Excellent service, good ambiance. If they have fewer dishes with better quality, that would be nice.
Dear subbayya gari hotel (Ameerpet ) my concern regarding a serious issue I encountered with your food Recently, while enjoying a meal (sambar rice )I found insect in my food. This experience was not only unpleasant but also raised serious concerns about the safety and hygiene standards of your food preparation process. I believe it’s crucial for food providers to maintain high levels of cleanliness to ensure the safety of their customers. I would appreciate your immediate attention to this matter, including an investigation into how this could have happened and measures you plan to implement to prevent it in the future. We have ordered food catering from this place and it's the worst food we had in years , there is an item called bendi 65 which is literally unedible.Never expected this from a place like this and also we placed order for kudumulu for gruha pravesam ritual and these guys sent something else - absolute waste !
Worst Service at Parcel Counter. Person at Parcel counter responded in reckless manner when asked for parcel. We have to cancel the order even after asking to give parcel for 3 times. He even thrown the token on the floor resulting me to cancel the order. Please we were regular customers from past 5 yrs and never seen such behaviour in any other branches. Request to take action on such persons at Vanasthalipuram branch . By the way ,we have ordered 2 plates of poori and 2 single idly and Wada. one plate poori was parcel which we cancelled.
