Was expecting a little better experience by reading previous reviews, but it didn’t turn out so. This Tom soup was totally off Key and we ordered the chicken Sui Mai which was delicious. Roasted pork was juicy, but the pieces of lean meat was very less which was disappointing. The noodles was not very nice and the sushi was good. But honestly at this price point, I was hoping for a tastier experience. The service is excellent and the ambience is very beautiful, but the quality of food can be better.
VFM - 3.5/5 Food overall here is good. We had chilli oil dimsum , Khaw Suey bowl, stir fried fish and chicken fried rice. Loved the stir fried fish and the Khaw Suey bowl. Dimsum came in blue pea infused flour. Service was a bit lacking. Also trying to force an overpriced bottle and service charge defeats the experience.
The food was good but the service given to us by Yanu was fantastic, really appreciated the way she took care of our table.
Great place! Love the traditional Japanese ambience. Really liked the noodle dish I ordered. But is expensive on the pocket.
