This is a small cafe which is part outdoors and part indoors. It is a nice place to go to when combined with a visit to an event happening in the Triveni Kala Sangam. Such places have a charm of their own as they are quite different from a regular restaurant. We had a good experience. The service was polite, quick. whatever we ordered was excellent value for money.
*Ambience (4.5/5) :- The ambience was too cool and cozy. Ideal place to visit during monsoon. It is situated inside Triveni Kala Sangam so you can both enjoy food and Art * Service (5/5):- The service was very fast unexpectedly. The staff were very cooperative and friendly. *Food (5/5):- Ordered their Palak Patta Chaat ; Masal chai and Veg thali Palak patta chaat was damn tasty . Couldn't wait more to take pictures 😀 Also chai and veg thali were good too. Must try their palak patta chaat if you visit. OVERALL VERDICT:- 5/5
Triveni cafe on tansen marg, is a class apart, it is a very casual place to meet friends informally. The artistic vibes of the place are apt to ignite the creative character of the visitors. The food has “home food”, like taste .
My neice, wife and I visited the quaint cafe locatesd on a ground floor terrace of the Triveni Kala Sangam. We found the seating and environs pleasant, other patrons were considerate in the close space. The menu was eclectic and uncomplicated. The quality of food was good. The only jarring factor was the coldness and lack of responsiveness of the serving team. True they are trying to ensure a paperless experience but they were reluctant to respond to questions on the food contents, serving sizes. Would enhance the experience if the staff wore smiles and were responsive with their answers.
