It's a unique instagrammable place in Chennai. Good that many such restaurants are popping up in the city. But when it came to food, it wasn't very impressive. We ordered many dishes and the one we all liked the most was Morkazhi with Vathakuzambu. That's worth it. Apart from that podi dosa, onion podi dosa are pretty normal. Podi sandwich is just idly podi spread on bread, and grilled, nothing much. Poori and channa wasn't good.
The ambience is amazing! The concept was really cool too! The food was delicious. I had Bread Channa and easily one of best Channa Masala I have had. The gravy was not overpowering with spice and was balanced. The other items in the dinner plate were yummy too! Soups being served in tea glasses were a nice yummy touch! The staff are incredibly nice. One thing I would critique is the portion sizing of some of the starters were very small. But apart from that worth the price 👌
i had sambar vadai, ghee pongal, my family tried the thair vadai, special podi onion dosa and carrot halwa. filter coffee. Outstanding food and sustainable, village oriented ambience
A tradition breaking attempt in hospitality operations. Nice find people from Doctors, Lawyers and IT profession serving
