Verka Town, located about 10 km from Amritsar, is synonymous with the Verka dairy cooperative, which produces milk, yogurt, and ice cream sold across Punjab. The town has a rural charm with narrow lanes, small shops, and a bustling market square where farmers sell fresh vegetables and dairy.
