Hotel Eldorado

Nice place to live in. The hotel staff is courteous. The rooms and hotel campus itself are neat and clean. The rooms are comparatively smaller in size giving you less space to move inside the room. No almirahs in the room to keep your changed clothings. However the amenities provided within the room and washroom are excellent. Hotel location is V. good. All important places are nearby. The most important part is the dining. The complimentary Breakfast provided is excellent. Dinner we had was excellent. I strongly recommend a stay in the hotel whenever you happen to be in Ahmedabad.

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to provide feedback regarding my recent stay at your hotel from October 19 to 20, 2024, in rooms 104 and 505. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Upon checking into room 505, we found the blanket to be in an unacceptable condition, appearing messy and with stains that were quite concerning. Additionally, the washbasin was not clean, which was disappointing and not what we expected from your establishment. Moreover, the quality of the food served during our stay did not meet our expectations. Overall, the experience felt like a waste of money due to these issues. To compound our dissatisfaction, the attitude of the reception staff and hotel manager was inappropriate and unhelpful. We felt that our concerns were not taken seriously, which only added to our frustration. I hope you take this feedback constructively and address these issues to improve the experience for future guests.

Aureate offers variety of cuisines. Paneer Tandoor as starter here with it's green chutney is awesome. We also ordered Baked Dish which is average, the gravy was less thick. Cheese Naan is not so great here, but the best great highlight and most underrated food item here is Veg Hyderabadi Biryani. It's really really damn tasty and awesome. Highly recommend you to try Hyderabadi Biryani here. Staff here are friendly.

I'm regularly traveling in metro cities for business trip. I would rate this hotel the Best hotel for business family trip at reasonable pricing. The rooms are spacious with good interior, lighting arrangements, LED with HD channels, all bath kits , tea coffee kit and super quick service. Food quality is at par with any 5 star hotel with handsome spread. Breakfast is mouthwatering with various indian dishes.they got small but useful Gym to burn calories. Dinner Buffet is surprisingly cost effective @ ₹400. Entire staff with reception team are very customer oriented. For my all Ahmadabad trips for me n my colleagues this is by default book. Simply, I'm lovin it.
