The Fellhorn Lift is a cable car that ascends the Fellhorn, a 2,037-meter peak in the Allgäu Alps near Oberstdorf. The ride offers dramatic views as you rise above the treeline, and at the top, you are greeted by a high alpine plateau with panoramic vistas stretching to the Austrian Alps. In summer, the area is famous for its colorful wildflower meadows and extensive hiking network, including the popular 'Fellhorn Gipfelweg' ridge trail. Winter transforms the mountain into a ski paradise with long runs and deep powder. The Fellhorn is also part of the 'Nebelhorn-Fellhorn' ski area, one of the largest in Germany. Its distinctive feature is the combination of alpine flora and far-reaching views, making it a must-visit for nature lovers.
