Bijilo Forest Park, also known as Monkey Park, is a 51-hectare coastal reserve just north of Kololi. Its well-maintained walking trails wind through dune forest and along the beach, offering close encounters with habituated green monkeys and red colobus monkeys. Birdwatchers can spot species like the grey hornbill and palm-nut vulture. The park is a peaceful escape for eco-tourists, with interpretive signs along the routes and a small visitor center.

Don't miss

  • Walk the forest trail and observe troops of green and colobus monkeys
  • Birdwatch for hornbills, sunbirds, and vultures from the viewing platform
  • Relax on the secluded beach section within the reserve
