My husband and I had lunch at La Tour d’Argent today. From the moment we walked, in we felt pampered. The entire staff, from the doorman, the young lady in the elevator, the manager, and the wait staff, were simply amazing. They were the most professional team we have ever experienced in any restaurant, including other Michelin rated restaurants. They provided impeccable service without being stuffy, and the food was perfect. It was an experience we will never forget.
A truly decadent experience in a beautiful setting. From the moment you walk in, you are pampered by what seems like on unending group of servers. The duck Fredrich is their signature dish and does not disappoint. However, the hare soup was the best dish I have ever eaten in France in my life. Every bite was so amazing, I had to set the spoon down just to take it in.
We are just happy to have our Wedding Anniversary lunch at la Tour D'Argent. A perfect choice for the celebration, from the service (the moment we walked in, the service from all the servers and sommelier, the food, and the view is absolutely the best of the best.
One expects La Tour d'Argent to have exquisite food and it does not disappoint. But what is special about this restaurant is the wonderful hospitality that marks the experience of dining there. This is the perfection of this place. The "almost" is that I wish it were easier to book a reservation for a solo diner.
