Delicious meal. Great combination of French/african/asian cuisine. Refreshing to have new combination of flavors and ingredients not commonly used in fine dining. Our favorites were the pressed plantain, Pepe soup and monkfish with 4 different African sauces. So much flavor, depth and spices! Yum!

I love a restaurant that shows the kitchen….but one that can be seen from the street!!! Inside is warm atmosphere despite being very bright and Japanese inspired. Food was simply amazing… I had few dishes of something I never tried before. Chef plays with combos that are mad, never heard before… but it all works. Staff is like the chef: warm, young, a bit nerdy… but that helps just to enjoy food and the night. You feel so relax and happy to be there (had same feeling at The Fat Duck years ago…). Chef comes and talks to most tables (there are only 5-6!) and it’s even nicer than he comes across in tv. Seated at 8pm… left at 11:30 … but time flied! Will certainly go back. My best experience in Paris. By far…

Anyone who has booked or tried to book Mosuke should know how difficult it’s to score a reservation in this 1 Michelin starred restaurant. After so many failed attempts, I finally managed to make a booking although it’s only for lunch. There’re 2 lunch menus (4 courses for 95 euros and 6 courses for 135 euros). Not wishing to miss out on any food, I took the latter. Chef Mory Sacko is one of the hottest if not the hottest chef in Paris right now and I love his French cuisine with some African and Japanese influence. All the 8 amuses bouche tasted very good and kicked off my long awaited meal in a promising manner. Each of the dishes which followed was as beautifully presented as it’s delicious. It’s difficult to name my favourite one since I loved them all. I’d a chance to meet the chef and talk to him for a bit. He’s vibrant and friendly. I even asked to have a picture taken with him and he happily agreed. The meal was memorable and surpassed all my expectations. I’ll definitely return. Hopefully I’ll be able to book dinner next time.

It is difficult to discribe in words how wonderful, uniques and special the food at Mosuke is. Mosuke is a very small restaurant so one must book way in advance. But if you are a foodie and do not go to Mosuke you are making a major mistake.
