The Chenus Gondola serves the eastern side of Courchevel, connecting the resort to the Chenus area, a quieter sector known for its family-friendly slopes and sunny exposure. The ride ascends through forested terrain, opening up to views of the Courchevel valley and the distant peaks of the Vanoise massif. At the top, skiers find a network of blue and red runs, plus a popular mountain restaurant with a terrace. In summer, the gondola gives access to hiking trails and a via ferrata route. Its location away from the busiest lifts makes it a good choice for those seeking a more relaxed mountain experience. The gondola is modern and efficient, with cabins that accommodate up to 8 people.
Don't miss
- Sunny slopes ideal for intermediate skiers and families
- Mountain restaurant Chenus with outdoor seating and Savoyard cuisine
- Summer via ferrata route starting near the top station
- Views of the Dent du Villard and the Three Valleys
