Holy Trinity Cathedral is one of Addis Ababa's most important Orthodox churches, known for its imposing architecture and as the final resting place of Emperor Haile Selassie and Empress Menen. The interior dazzles with stained-glass windows and mosaic murals depicting biblical scenes. The crypt contains the emperor's tomb, a site of pilgrimage for many Ethiopians. The cathedral grounds also include a museum with imperial artifacts and a memorial to patriots who died during the Italian occupation. The atmosphere is both reverent and majestic.
