My favourite restaurant in Viljandi! The ambience is excellent, as is the food. The Butter Fried Perch was beautifully presented and just so delicious. My pavlova simply melted in my mouth. The staff are very attentive which I love!
Wery good experience over all. Had 2 suppers. Nice surprise was Finnish speaking waitress. Other waitresses spoke wery good english. Service was wery friendly. Not sure If Food was little too complex for me. I found example leek sushi weird but everything else on The plate was excellent.
Very lovely place. Had dinner there with my family and the staff was very helpful and lovely. Kids were bit noisy but nobody made a thing out of it. So definentely would recommend to go with kids, they even have a little corner for kids where they can draw and play. But the main thing was the food, I had the Aqua Pazza and it was really the best fish I've ever had :) My wife took the Carbonara and it was delicious as well.
Ormisson is hands down the best restaurant in Viljandi! I've tried several other places in town, but none compare to the experience at Ormisson. The Italian menu is simply outstanding, offering a wide variety of delicious dishes that transport you straight to Italy. My absolute favorite was the tiramisu. It was the perfect balance of creamy and rich, with just the right amount of espresso flavor – truly the best I've ever had. The cozy and inviting atmosphere adds to the overall great dining experience, making it a perfect spot for a relaxed evening out. The staff is friendly and attentive, ensuring that every visit is enjoyable. If you’re in Viljandi, you absolutely have to visit Ormisson. Highly recommended!
