We went for my wife's birthday. First of all the service was great and the staff were extremely nice. The show is good, adults and kids enjoy it a lot. The only issue with the restaurant is that they allow people to smoke icos in the restaurant, the restaurant is closed with AC on so after a bit all the place smelled of icos smoke. My wife does not eat cheese so for the first 2 courses she got a green salad and for the second course she got a red sauce pasta. For the food, both salads were very good. The ravioli and pasta were very nice, they were everyone favorites (people vote at the end for the best dish). The biggest disappointment were the steaks they were cooked more of a well done rather then medium and there taste was mu.ch less than expected. The shrimps were very good. The vegetables were very good as well. The dessert was not the best dish, lots of people just got a taste and left the rest of the dish The birthday cake was better than the dessert. Soft drinks and juice are included in the price. It's definitely worth a try, lots of people had kids and they enjoyed the show a lot.
We came here for my birthday and it was spectacular. Loved the show, the food, service, atmosphere, everything! Definitely a must do at least once in your life because it's a different dining experience than anything else out there. It can be either romantic or fun for the whole family. I definitely will go again and highly recommend it!
Food was very good. My son loved the kids menu. He was very entertained the whole time. The show is funny and engaging, especially for kids. Taking away one star because the dishes did not come out looking like the ones in the show. With a bit of effort , that would have been easy to accomplish . I had ordered a birthday cake to be served at the end of the meal. but the staff didn’t seem engaged in the celebration. They just kept the cake on the table and disappeared , it did not seem celebratory. The manager was great. But staff could better engage the guests. Overall we had a great time though.
just now New First they tell us to be at least 30 minutes early. They made us wait for nothing outside not even offering a drink. The animation was nice, but the food was bad in quality. But the worst is that the food of the animation had nothing in common with what was served. E.g. the spanish cook was supposed to do a spanish pesto with ham. But we got served mozarella not even any ham. This continued through all the courses. A real disappointment. How can anybody say this is good food! We had a special for a birthday and they did not even clear the tables. So the animation was on our plates. A joke not to be recommended. Better give your money to poor poeple than to givit to this greedy restaurant.
