Biahmu is an archaeological site in the Fayoum region featuring the remnants of two enormous statues of Pharaoh Amenhotep III, originally part of a temple complex. Each statue, carved from quartzite, once stood about 18 meters tall, though only large fragments remain today. The site sits on a low mound overlooking agricultural fields, with the massive stone blocks and pedestals evoking the scale of ancient Egyptian craftsmanship. Visitors can walk among the fallen pieces and appreciate the engineering prowess required to transport and erect such colossi.
