Aarhus Cathedral, officially the Cathedral of St. Clement, is the longest and tallest church in Denmark, stretching 93 meters in length with a spire reaching 96 meters. Built in the 12th century, its Gothic architecture impresses with intricate brickwork and a stunning altarpiece by Bernt Notke from 1479. Visitors can admire the frescoes, the carved pulpit, and the serene atmosphere of this historic place of worship, which remains an active parish church.
