It was a very good idea to have our first dinner in Bogotá here too feel the local vibes. Simple but cozy interior. Lovely outside area. Surprising appetisers, tasty and generous main dishes, all done with local ingredients.
Highly recommend dinner at Mini Mal. We enjoyed our chats with the server, meeting the owner and understanding the back story of the organisation. Essentially leaders in the farm-to-table movement, highlighting indigenous and flavours forgotten. Amazing interior in a house that has belonged to the family for hundred+ years. The FOOD and drinks were unbelievable! We will be back.z
Absolutely delicious meal. The pork ribs were tender, with a delicious citrusy tamarind sauce, and the local purple potatoes were a perfect complement. The salad that came with the meal was much better than a typical “side salad.” And the beer was also very nice.
Great atmosphere in this beautifully situated restaurant. Amazonian products with a heart and soul. Friendly and efficient service.
