I was travelling from Howrah, wanted to pack a portion of chicken Biriyani. They were charging Rs. 20 extra for packing. I was never mind. I was asked to go to counter no 1 to pick up the food, the staff who was behind the counter just put the biriyani in a box and wraps the box with a silver foil , I asked din why is he not using the lid or sealing the box? Surprised to know ‘ehape aise e hotahe’ same I informed to the cash counter, The man told ‘ sir proper packing ke liye time lagega’ Hope management should look into the same. The biriyani was tasty however it was over oiled.Even they didn’t server raita with biriyani.
Had the worst experience ever.We had ordered 2 thali. After having our dinner we wanted to order something sweet. After we ordered one man named Krishna Singh and the watchman came and told us to move out of the table and go atleast 4 times even after explaining them so many times that we had ordered drinks and we still didn't get it. 4th time when he again came I gave up on such mannerless people as it was very insulting. I don't know why they were acting like that as there were plenty of empty table out there. Even after showing them bill they asked us to wait leaving the table. Such rude behavior I have never experienced anywhere. Anyhow after the drinks were delivered it was awful. I fully regret having the chocolate milkshake as it was tasteless and now I feel like vomiting.
