BEWARE OF THE SERVERS!!!! As you can tell from my receipt, I tipped the server $20 and they wrote over my tip to make it $25!!! I just so happened to check my bank account and knew immediately I didn’t write $25. $5 is NOT a big deal but if they are fraudulently doing this to all the customers cards, they are making a huge profit. These servers should be fired IMMEDIATELY!! I spoke with the managers who were VERY nice and concerned about the situation that took place and made it right by refunding me the whole tip back in cash and apologized for what took place. I’ve been to this location multiple times and never had this happen until now. I’m guessing they are trying to get extra money for the holidays but you don’t commit fraud and the potential of the business losing customers over servers that’s thieves. I will never visit here again!!! Thank you again to the managers for refunding my money. They wouldn’t have given me my money back if I didnt have documentation. PLEASE take photos of ALL receipts that you sign!!!!
I came here with my mum after reading the reviews on Tripadvisor and was not let down! A good sign is always when you see locals and people native to the cuisine dining here. The food was piping hot (in a good way), and very delicious! Staff were very friendly and accommodating. We came here after a night at a different ramen restaurant which was very good so we had high expectations. This had a more lowkey feel but the quality was superb! Would definitely recommend the chicken teriyaki ramen!
