Amazing food, personal service by owner/chef and assistant. Had a great afternoon whereby we were guided on ways to enjoy individual dish. All items were fresh, well prepared and value for money. A must Tey.
Went with my family to Jinfu last February. The evening didn't start well as I specifically requested for seats at the sushi bar but found our seats taken by some regulars sharing a whisky with the sushi masterchef whose also the boss. the waitress apologised profusely with a lame excuse that due to the covid they assume that we may not come! The decor of the place is pokey and even a shopping mall izakaya can do better but diners who come to this restaurant are not here for the ambiance. It is for the incredible variety and quality of the sashimi.fish The chef takes pride in obtaining the freshest ingredients and that is reflected in the excellent taste in the food. However such good quality fish comes at a price although it is not exorbitant. Nevertheless if you are seeking mastery or finesse in japanese cuisine, this is not your scene as it is a sashimi restaurant pure and simple.
