This Japanese restaurant is deserved a great reputation on food quality and taste. The fried pork chop was crispy outside and juicy inside. It was marinated enough even without the brownish source it was yummy. The salad of seafood and mango was up to standard and fresh. After those 2 dishes I was almost full but I couldn't leave the fried rice alone. Noted the chef controlled well the dose of oil and dryness of rice. It was yummy and I love it too, but for people who loves beef and heavy taste this style of fried rice may not satisfy them. Highly recommended!
Good Japanese food restaurant in Shangrila hotel
We went for business lunch, as a group of 9 people. The food came out but staggered, so one had to wait sometime compared to the first. Food was really good, I can recommend the beef steak.
My partner and I ordered 2 combos with seafood, beef, salad, soup, and desert. Our hot meals never arrived at the same time so we could enjoy together. Excuse was they had only one cook. Vegetables looked very delicious, problem was the same carrots, broccoli, beans and cucumber were served with all dishes. Price 886 yuan. Stay away.
