Only the dumplings are good. The rest are so so. Enclosed menus in photos.
The menu is written in broken English but the Xiaolongbaos were delicious
Pin Von is right on Pingjiang Rd which makes it really easy to get to. The menu also includes English descriptions and a few photos which is extremely helpful for Western travelers. The food is cheap and passable, though I found the food greasier than expected.
Really enjoyed the dumplings. Service "interesting - "it's China!!". Same applied to the English translations on the menu - our friend spoke Mandarin and said "this is inaccurate" - and so be prepared for surprises when you order - but at least they tried. It was still great fun. Good location as wander along the pretty canal which runs parallel to "pedestrian Ping Jiang Street" - this means no cars but lots of electric scooters so beware!! Agree with the reviews about the old but pretty building. Pin Von been around for 130 years so lots of experience!!
