superb Indian food.
Tasty Indian food
This restaurant shares a space with several others—or maybe it’s the same restaurant with just different chefs or maybe just a really big menu. I am really not sure but it’s a big place and I liked it. Indian, Mexican, pizza and British bar food all on offer. I enjoyed my meal and it seemed like a cool space and I’d definitely go there again. I’m mostly leaving this review though to confirm for you that as of January 2023, yes, this restaurant and its sisters thankfully still exists. A lot of restaurants have been undone by Covid and the years of the lockdowns but this one thankfully survives. It’s somewhat hidden behind some construction stuff on the street, but as of January 2023 it is still there.
After being under the latest round of Covid restrictions (the city, not us specifically) we decided to order a takeaway as we can't eat out. This is by far the best Indian in Suzhou and for as long as I can remember, anywhere else I've eaten curry. It was delicious. Added bonus, it arrived early and still hot. (We don't live close to the restaurant and other takeaways are usually cold by the time we get them). Some great vegetarian options too!
