I have been to the Causeway Bay branch twice. Once with my tai chi Sifu and once alone. Both meals were excellent and fresh. You can watch them make your noodles out front. Try everything.
I’ve been to several din tai fung locations across the globe. Usually in or near a mall. Food is generally consistent and good Service was somewhat sloppy and a very long wait for my food.
