Had the privilege to herald the new year with lunch at this amazing venue. High quality delicious food and impeccable service to match. Could not have asked for a better way to start 2025!
Was completely blown away the minute we stepped in. I didn’t even realized this was a Michelin star restaurant but now I can see why. The service is top notch and faultless. Servers were friendly, attentive to the T and knowledgeable. Each dish was cooked and presented in a faultless manner. This is certainly a memorable dining experience which I will remmeber for years to come.
What seemingly a formal, white table cloth setting is counter balanced by the warmth and charisma of the staff members such as Jimmy and Sneha. Just when you thought the homemade ciabatta (made with years old yeast!) is enticing, freshly sliced sourdough is served. When you thought the homemade, al dente tagliatelle cooked with Alps better is sinful enough, it is topped with generous shavings of Perigord truffle... The cherry on the cake? ------ the Sgroppino that you have to find out for yourself! 🥰
Besides the excellent quality of Italian fine dining, what topped everything was the authentic and superb service by the crew, who each had excellent knowledge and could converse fluently with you, introducing and explaining the origin and flavours each dish brings. Very thoughtful of Gigi and her colleagues to make sure the dishes are customised for my low tolerance of lactose. A fine dining experience that makes you feel like you are in Italy, right in Asia.
