Afaq Khoja Mausoleum, also known as the Tomb of the Fragrant Concubine, is one of the holiest Muslim sites in Xinjiang. The complex features a cluster of tombs with dazzling blue and turquoise tiles, set within a peaceful garden. The main mausoleum houses the remains of Afaq Khoja, a revered 17th-century religious leader, and his family. The site's nickname comes from a legend about a concubine who smelled of musk. Pilgrims and tourists alike are drawn to its spiritual atmosphere and exquisite Islamic architecture, including intricate calligraphy and geometric patterns.
