I tried this restaurant in Hangzhou, yet in Yiwu city, it’s a chain of restaurant. 2 times very satisfied. The menu keeps some masterpieces of chinese traditional cooking. The pork stomach was delicious as the fish head, served with noodles at side. The vegetables also very good. Warmly suggested.
Brilliant food, great variety and taste. It is extremely popular in the area, so expect long waits unless you get there early, and it is not even expensive!
Went there after reading and hearing countless favourable reviews. We ordered the beggars chicken and dongbo pork. We were beyond disappointed with the dishes. The dongbo pork was not soft enough. And the beggars chicken was passable. I will strongly recommend Green Tea restaurant instead. The dishes are unique and exquisite to the taste. The location we went to in longjing was very pretty, a little far from Westlake but so worth it. Try the fish and the porridge dish.
This is a very famous local chain, with many prime locations throughout the city which all adhere to high standards and a well crafted menu. Very comfortable decoration and seating, and the food is extremely palatable for Westerners who are looking for an authentic Chinese meal. Every dish is delicious, but personal favorites include the fish stew (no bones!), beggars chicken, and any assortment of stir-fried veggies (try the flaming cauldron of cauliflower).
