Amazing food! The chef is Italian and has great understanding of good honest healthy and authentic food. He comes up to your table if you ask for recommendations and need advise, result is your fav food prepared with love and attention. I definitely recommend the burrata, it is the creamiest and most tastiest in Guangzhou! Love the risotto with the special cheese sauce and don’t forget to finish your dining experience with fresh homemade limoncello! Subway is right across the street and east train station 10 min walk. When you enter Westin Tianhe, walk to lifts in the back right and go to 40th floor. A hidden gem! With spectacular views
on the 5th May 2018 evening my boss and i visited Seasonal Taste Restaurant claiming best seafood buffet in GuangZhou. Keeping Westin buffet SOP(standard operation procedure)all necessary category of food were in place. However there were not fresh especially the seafood section, and stale at the noodle section. We were appalled to have tasted the shellfish and oyster smelling bad. We informed the crew but no action taken. The raw vegetable and DIY ingredients over the noodle section looks pathetic over melting ice cubes. Also, the crew were clueless when we ordered a bottle of red wine; they didnt know what wine was available, didn't know where to fetch a wine list, and eventhough they finally did all that, they came with a bucket with over spilling ice cube making it impossible to chill the bottle. Needless to say we didn't finish our dinner and paid a premium price for this horrible experience. Is this Starwood standard? i am embarrass to use my SPG card, ever in China.
